How do I know which level fits?
Dewpoint confirms your zone count during the first visit. Home is 1-6 zones, Plus is 7-12 zones, Estate is 13-18 zones, and 19 or more zones are quoted individually.
Does the website form start billing automatically?
No. The form creates an intake request in Dewpoint's CRM. Dewpoint confirms the level, price, service timing, and fit before membership billing starts.
What varies by tier?
Only the on-site allotment and minor parts allowance vary by tier. The scheduled visits, priority scheduling, controller programming, backflow testing, and guarantees are included at every level.
What does the freeze guarantee cover?
It covers lateral lines, zone valves, and the backflow assembly up to $1,000 per membership year when Dewpoint performed that season's winterization and the property met the access, drainage, and repair requirements in the terms.
What happens if I enroll after May 15?
Dewpoint schedules the first startup at the earliest available appointment. The June 15 Spring Startup Guarantee applies beginning with the first complete membership year.
